Application procedure and cost

Fees

Students of VIU member universities: € 600 VAT included

Students of other universities/Professionals: € 1200 VAT included

The fees will cover tuition, course materials, lunches in the San Servolo cafeteria (6 working days on campus) and social events. VIU Alumni are eligible for a reduced fee.

Accommodation

The cost of accommodation on campus in shared rooms with other participants (triple or quadruple) is €356 for 7 nights (municipal tax included).
Breakfast included. (Check in July 14 / Check out July 21, 2024).

For rolling admission applications after April 15, 2024, the availability of accommodations on campus cannot be guaranteed and will need to verified as the facility is not managed by VIU.

Once selected, in case of cancellation:

- up to 90 days before the start date of the program, the tuition fee and the accommodation fee are refundable.

- between 90 days and 30 days before the start date of the program, 50% of the tuition fee and the accommodation fee are refundable.

- less than 30 days before the start date of the program, the tuition fee and accommodation fee are not refundable.
