The midterm break is next week and all classes are suspended from November 1 to November 5.
VIU staff will remain operative but possibly with reduced hours.
The Pc Room, the MacLab and the Library will be accessible as usual, upon reservation via the weekly doodle.
N.B. For your safety, we please ask you to inform the Globalization Program office (student-services@univiu.org) if you intend to travel during the break (in Italy or abroad) and fill out the "Emergency Contacts" form in your personal page.
Classes and co-curricular activities will resume on Monday, November 8 and will continue until December 10.
December 13-17 is exam week and on December 16 we will have the Closing Ceremony.
Lastly, during the night between Saturday October 30 and Sunday October 31, Italy will switch from daylight saving time to solar time.
The clock hands should be turned back 60 minutes, from 3 am to 2 am. This means we'll gain an hour of sleep.
