An information session for Erasmus+ grant recipients will take place during Orientation Week.
It has been tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, September 7, to review how to proceed with the Erasmus+ Mobility paperwork. Please check for updates in the Orientation Week Schedule at this link:

Learning Agreements can only be signed after your courses have been finalized and confirmed, that is, after September 7, the registration deadline, and possibly after the Admission Petition procedure has concluded, on September 9.
Once you are sure of your final list of registered courses and after the information session, online forms will be made available for you to submit the required information, as well as documents for signature, at the following link: https://www.univiu.org/erasmus.
