To share insights about the VIU program and life in Venice, we had the opportunity to interview Sofia, a former student of the Globalization Program, who shared her experiences with us.

“I appreciated the most that the Globalization Program basically do not have limits for your creativity. If you want to create something, make something unusual, they are open and supportive. It is really open not only for students but also as persons itself. So they are interested in you, what you can give to the university and you are really part of VIU people.”

“Students who are here is an incredible community. I am impressed, we are so different, but we are so similar in our core characteristics: funny, creative, and intelligent.”

“I definitely recommend to apply for a semester at VIU because I think it is one of the greatest adventures in your life. It is strange, it is unusual, it is really inspiring. And I hope that will give you some inspiration for your future project, career, find great friends and great networking! That’s something you need to try once in your life.”
