Danilo shared with us his experience at the VIU, about Academics in the Globalization Program and the life at VIU and in Venice.
When we asked what made his experience unique for him at VIU, he answered: “For sure the contact with people. Because there are people coming from everywhere in the world sharing experiences and knowledge, things they do differently. So it is an opportunity to be in contact with people from different parts of the globe. And it is not everywhere we can experience a moment like that. It is an opportunity to learn from them.”
“In this sense of globalization, there are some things I would not have studied in my own university. It helped me to see in a broader perspective some questions. It brought to me new perspectives from my own studies. Every time you study and see a subject, you can relate it to your own subject with a new perspective. “
