Application procedure and cost

Students of VIU member universities & VIU Alumni:
€ 300 incl. VAT.

Students of other universities:
€ 600 incl. VAT.

The fees will cover tuition, course materials, lunches in the San Servolo cafeteria (4 working days on campus) and social events.
Student participants will be responsible for covering their own travel expenses to and from Venice, local transportation, and evening meals.

Accommodation

The costs of accommodation in shared room with other participants (triple or quadruple) is € 260.00 for 5 nights, taxes and breakfast included (check in June 21 / check out June 26, 2026).

Candidates can request VIU's assistance to book accommodation on campus. Please note that the facility is not managed by VIU.

In case of cancellation:

- up to 90 days before the start date of the program, the tuition fee and the accommodation fee are refundable.
- between 90 days and 30 days before the start date of the program, 50% of the tuition fee and the accommodation fee are refundable.
- less than 30 days before the start date of the program, the tuition fee and accommodation fee are not refundable.
