Would your students enjoy the opportunity to participate in an intensive residential program in Venice?
Submit a proposal for a joint intensive graduate activity to Venice International University.
We accept proposals from scholars in the member universities for intensive graduate activities according to the following deadlines:

PhD Academies and Graduate Seminars in 2026
Deadline: March 15, 2025
Funding is available for one PhD Academy or Graduate Seminar in 2026.
The proposals will be discussed during Academic Council meetings in April/May 2025.
Summer Schools (or Spring, Autumn or Winter Schools) in 2026
Deadline: March 15, 2025
The proposals will be discussed during Academic Council meetings in April/May 2025.
PhD Academies and Graduate Seminars to take place in 2027
Deadline: September 15, 2025
Funding is available for four PhD Academy or Graduate Seminar in 2027.
The proposals will be discussed during Academic Council meetings in November 2025.
