New Opening Hours

The VIU library will be open on:
Monday: 10.30 am - 6.30 pm
Tuesday: 10.30 am - 6.00 pm
Wednesday: 10.30 am - 6.30 pm
Thursday: 10.30 am - 6.00 pm
Friday: 12.00 pm - 4.30 pm
The collection is on open shelves, so everyone is free to come in and have a look at the books and DVDs on display.
The catalogue is accessible online at https://library.univiu.org/ (www.univiu.org > Campus & Services > Library).
Services include:
- book loan (books are available for 7-day loans) *
- DVD loan (an external DVD player can also be borrowed)
- reading room **
* compulsory texts for the courses (can be found on the "short loan" shelves near the door) are available for 1-day loans or consultation in the library
** other reading room areas are available in corridor 7, ground floor (PC room and common room).
