A curricular internship is an opportunity for students to expand their academic experience in Italy!
Not only will students learn from experienced professionals, but they can also have the chance to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives, make a tangible impact, and add to their CV/resume.
Potential host organizations include:
UNESCO – Venice office offering a learning opportunity towards a general understanding of the work and mission of a UNESCO Regional Bureau, hands-on experience in communications with an international, multicultural environment, and insight into communication issues at global level (for students with a native proficiency in English).
UNESCO Regional Bureau for Science and Culture in Europe - Science Unit for students currently enrolled in a Master's programme. You should have an excellent command, both written and spoken, of English or French.
Peggy Guggenheim Collection offers an educational program that provides pre-professional training under the supervision of Guggenheim employees who are knowledgeable and experienced in the museum field (students must be able to converse in English to interact with the museum public and team).
ALDA - European Association for Local Democracy supports the growth and training of motivated young people in their association dedicated to the promotion of good governance and citizen participation at the local level in the European Union, its Neighbourhood and beyond (for students with English level C1).
An Information Session will take place on October 15, 2025, at 12:15pm in Room 9D.
Students attending the full academic year are strongly encouraged to apply in their first semester.
