Pre-registrations for the Summer Session 2025 will open on April 15, at 3 pm.
Students registered in any Bachelor's or Master's degree programs at one of VIU's Member Universities are eligible to apply. Exchange students are not admitted.
Students need to pre-register to the VIU portal to receive the login and password necessary to register for courses. The pre-registration link will be available in a white box at the side of the page in the Summer Session section of the VIU website.
We are still working on the weekly timetable of the courses. Once ready, the schedule will be published in the Summer Session Schedules page.
The link to the registration form will be made available once the schedule of the courses is finalized.
Registration will remain open until May 15, 2025. Students will be notified by the end of May if they have been admitted.
The selection process will take into account several aspects, including a cap on the number of students per member university, and will be made in accordance with the students' home universities.
